Important Information
– We serve customers who reside in these areas, only: The Domain, Riata, The Arboretum, Anderson Mill, Great Hills, Balcones Country Club Area, Spicewood Estates, The Mountain at Spicewood Springs and Tarrytown, and ZIP codes 78727, 78759, 78750.
– Cancellations for walks must be made 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellation will be considered a visit and the regular fee will apply.
– Payment must always be made in advance. Cancellations submitted prior to day of visit will be applied to the next week or months services. Credit due can only be carried over for 1 month.
– All dogs must be spayed or neutered, completely house trained, and have no social issues with other pets.
– All shots must be up to date. We cannot care for sick or injured dogs, however, if your pet becomes sick or injured during its stay with us we will, of course, care for them.
– We do administer general medications including eye drops, oral and injections.
